This position is eligible for a Sign-On Bonus up to $20K for Experienced RNs and up to $1K for New Grad RNs!The Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) position is responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care to patients by utilizing:
Strong organizational and leadership skills to assess patient statusDetermine the priority of the patient's problems and needsImplement clinical nursing interventionsDevelop and perform patient care plans to enhance and improve outcomesEnsure a safe and therapeutic environment
Essential Functions:
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care teamConduct initial and ongoing patient assessmentEvaluates, updates and revises plan of care to facilitate achievement of planned and expected outcomesAdminister medications in a safe manner consistent with the State of Practice and Bon Secours Mercy Health policies and proceduresOther duties as assignedEducation:
Graduate of an accredited Associates degree or Bachelor's degree in NursingLicensing & Certifications:
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
